You were a Customer Support Engineer at Chadwick-Helmuth Company for 7 years, and retired in June of 1999 for personal reasons. You were trained and qualified to provide customer training on all our products, and you routinely performed in that training capacity (both on-site dedicated training and unstructured telephone support) throughout your employment with us. We also used your skills to develop aircraft applications ("charts" and procedures) for our systems. This required thorough knowledge of our equipment and of aircraft, and required a lot of judgement and independent decisions on your part. Your knowledge of our equipment and of aircraft systems was a strong plus in your employment with us, and I have always appreciated your straight-forward honesty and common-sense personal style. We wish you the best in your endeavors. Sincerely, Bill Chadwick, President |
